Israeli intercepts two drones from Iran

The Israeli military says it intercepted two drones that were making their way towards Israel, most likely from Iran.

The speculation is that the drones were probably launched in the morning (24 June 2025), around the same time Iran fired a surface-to-surface missile.

It seems that the two drones were detected and destroyed over Iran's northern province of Gilan. However, other reports have the interception occurring outside of Israeli territory.
