Zvishavane district records highest HIV prevalence rate in the Midlands province at 16.3%

The National Aids Council has said that Zvishavane district has the highest HIV prevalence rate in the Midlands province at 16.3%, followed by Shurugwi at 14.6% and Mberengwa at 13%. 

Gokwe North recorded the lowest prevalence at 5.8%, while Gokwe South stands at 5.9%, according to NAC Midlands provincial manager Mambewu Shumba
