Man stabbed to death in apparent retaliatory attack

In a tragic incident in Chinhoyi this Monday morning, an unidentified man was stabbed to death after allegedly stabbing a woman over an undisclosed matter. 

The incident, which occurred around 04:30 hours, has sparked shock among Chitambo residents in Chinhoyi, raising safety concerns in the community. 

Circumstances to this issue are that the now deceased, believed to be an artisanal miner from Kadoma, knifed an unidentified lady of the night, whose intestines were left protruding, before she was rushed to Chinhoyi Provincial Hospital for medical attention

Sources, however, said that unidentified assailants teamed up and attacked the now deceased, who sustained sharp lacerations on his face.

Meanwhile, further police investigations are still underway.
